The Cottages of Rockmart
The Cottages of Rockmart is a project we’ve been working on since the beginning and it’s nearing completion. The facility consists of individual “cottages” that will each house 14 residents, offering shared community spaces and private bedrooms and bathrooms for each resident.

Christopher earned his Masters degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He oversees and approves work developed by the design staff and ensures that quality is delivered with every client request. Christopher founded the Baldwin Architectural Group in 1986 and is still just as passionate about building design. His current focus is with designing sustainable, mixed-use community living and on delivering effective commercial projects for small to mid sized businesses.
